Sheringham Beach Sauna
The beach sauna we built and ran on the Sheringham promenade is now in our friends' hands, run by Sea Sauna Sheringham since April 2026. Same wood-fired heat, same cold plunge in the North Sea. Book directly with them.

What to expect

Choose your date and group size on SNBX. Sessions run morning and evening, year-round.
Arrive and warm up
The sauna is wood-fired and hot when you arrive. Towels and water are provided on-site.
