What you're paying for
The price gap between a cheap pod and a commercial build is the bit you can't see until it's failing. It buys:
- Build quality & insulation: holds heat efficiently, survives daily firing and British weather.
- The heater: a properly sized wood or electric heater for the space.
- Glazing & fit-out: large windows (a big hit with customers), benches, finish.
